Warranty Info
Everyday Jewelry:
We offer a limited 1-year warranty on our everyday jewelry (non-solid gold rings, earrings, necklaces, etc.) to cover manufacturing related defects. This does not cover worn plating, scratches, normal wear and tear, etc.
Solid Gold Rings:
We offer a limited lifetime warranty for all our solid gold rings to cover manufacturing related defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, resizing, etc. If you'd like to reach out regarding refurbishment of a solid gold ring, the team can help estimate costs.
Stones:
The loss of all small diamonds and gemstones (engagement ring side stones and wedding band stones) is covered.
Center stones are not covered. We recommend you get your ring insured so you are even more covered beyond the timing of our policy. You can add this kind of insurance to most renter or homeowner insurance policies or through a third-party service like Jeweler’s Mutual. The prongs that hold your gorgeous stones in place can wear down as the years pass so it's always a good idea to get them regularly inspected. To do this you can stop at a local jeweler every 6 months or so.
